  1. Why do you need my credit card prior to my reservation?
    We do take your credit card information, so we can reserve a car for you !

  2. When do you charge my credit card ?
    We charge your credit card at the end of the service we have provided you with !

  3. Why will the driver ask for my credit card, after I have given that information to the company prior to my reservation ?
    We do need an imprint and a signature for all transactions paid with a credit card  !
    So if you are in this group of customers, Please have your credit card in possession while using our service!

  4. Do we charge your credit card if your arriving flight is canceled ?
    NO! We do not charge your credit card as long as we have a valid flight information on file!

  5. Do we charge your credit card if your departing flight is canceled ?
    NO! We do not charge your credit card, If the car wasn't dispatched yet!
AIRPORT ARRIVALS & PICK UPS
  1. What should I do upon my arrival at the Chicago O'Hare airport ?

    1.1 Once you arrive -you can let us know, that you are here .
    1.2 You must pick up your entire luggage, look for the closest and most convenient gate for you / Terminal 5 - International ,door 5D only /, then call us again and provide us with the door number and we will provide you with the car number so you can recognize It .
    1.3 Within 3 to 5 min. your car will arrive outside in the middle ''livery'' lane, at the door you have provided us. /It is illegal for us to wait at the terminal so you have to be ready for a pick up!/.
  2. What should I do upon my arrival at the Chicago Midway airport ?

    1.1 Once you arrive -you can let us know ,that you are here .
    1.2 You must pick up your entire luggage, look for door ''1 LL'' or ''2 LL'' then call us again and provide us with the door number and we will provide you with the car number so you can recognize It .
    1.3 Within 3 to 5 min. your car will arrive outside In the middle ''livery'' lane, at the door you have provided us./It is illegal for us to wait at the terminal so you have to be ready for a pick up!/.

1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:.


1.1.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage(s) to the limousine during the rental by him/her and/or any member(s) of his/her party:  a fee of $1000.00 will be applied for carpet, seat, window or any other damage of the vehicle, a fee of $250.00 will be applied for sanitation if necessary; a fee of $15.00 will be applied for any broken glass.

1.2. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer.

1.3. Smoking is not allowed in any of our limousines.

1.4. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity.

1.5. In case of a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s) and/or any members of their party, the driver has the right to terminate the service without a refund.

1.6. Deja Vu Limousines Inc. is not responsible for delayed travel time due to unforeseen weather, traffic, road conditions (for example, unsafe road conditions in winter (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.)), or delays beyond our control.

1.7. Deja Vu Limousines Inc. does not accept responsibility for articles left in the limousine.

1.8. Deja Vu Limousines Inc. is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown of the limousine(s) during service and will only be responsible for making up lost time or service at a mutually agreed date.
1.9. Deja Vu Limousines Inc.
reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of mechanical difficulties.

1.10. For all hourly services, an additional contract agreement must be signed at the time of the reservation.

1.11. For all airport and point to point transfers:

1.11.a. Waiting time charge will be applied after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet, except pick up from the airport.

1.11.b. Additional charge will be applied for all extra stops.

1.12. A 30% NON-refundable deposit is required for all Wedding and Prom hourly services.

1.13. A 20% NON-refundable deposit is required for all hourly services, different than Weddings and Proms.
1.14. A gratuity charge of 20% will be added to all services.


2. PAYMENTS:.

2.1.
All deposits are NON-refundable.

2.2. Uncollected cash balances must be paid to the driver before the beginning of the service.

2.3. All services paid with a credit card require imprint of the card and signature of its owner at the beginning of the service, unless there is a previously signed contract.

2.4. Personal checks are accepted as a method of payment only if they are received in our office no later than 7 days prior to the beginning of the service.


3. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:.

3.1.
For all airport transfers, you need to cancel your reservation no later than 2 hours prior the pickup time, otherwise a full charge occurs.

3.2. For all point to point transfers, you need to cancel your reservation no later than 24 hours prior the pickup time, otherwise a full charge occurs.

3.3. For all Wedding and Prom hourly services, you need to cancel your reservation no later than 7 days prior the pickup time, otherwise a full charge occurs.

3.4. For all hourly services different than Weddings and Proms, you need to cancel your reservation no later than 48 hours prior the pickup time, otherwise a full charge occurs.
